Frank A. Hinojosa has been one of the managing shareholders of the firm of Carroll & Hinojosa, PLLC, since the firms formation in 1998.  In addition to his role as a manager, Mr. Hinojosa typically carries a caseload of matters in areas ranging from probate and family law, to personal injury and other types of civil litigation.

Prior to the formation of Carroll & Hinojosa, PLLC, Mr. Hinojosa practiced as a solo practitioner, where he was able to cut his litigation teeth on a healthy diet of criminal and family law matters. Mr. Hinojosa also spent some time clerking for the San Antonio Community Law Center.
